BCWA has successfully passed the Women’s Aid Federation of England (WAFE) National Quality Standards
We are proud to share that BCWA has successfully passed the Women’s Aid Federation of England (WAFE) National Quality Standards. This achievement is a testament to our unwavering commitment to providing high-quality, safe, and empowering support for victims of domestic abuse.
The WAFE National Quality Standards are a set of best practice benchmarks designed to ensure that services for victims of domestic abuse are delivered to the highest standards. Achieving these standards means that BCWA is recognized for its skilled and professional support, giving victims the confidence to seek help and trust in our services.

“BCWA are proud to have achieved Women’s Aid Federation of England (WAFE) new National Quality Standards of practice launched last year. As we enter our 40th year working across the Black Country, we stand proud and ever committed to supporting victims of domestic abuse. The standards demonstrate the high quality, skilled, and professional standards delivered at BCWA. With these standards, victims can trust that we are a quality provider, providing the right advice at the right time because we listen, we support, and we care. We hope this instils confidence in victims to report, to seek help. We are here 24hrs a day.”
