We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Modern Slavery Outreach Advocate with excellent communication skills, compassion and understanding of the impact of abuse and exploitation.
We are looking for an innovative candidate who has experience of working with adults, who have experienced trauma and abuse.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving and developing their leadership skills.
The successful candidate will provide day to day support to the Deputy Head of Service and to the Head of service to ensure contract compliance. You will be working within a challenging yet rewarding environment working across the Midlands and providing supervision and support to a team of Modern Slavery Advocates. You are also required to provide a high-quality frontline service to both female and male victims of Modern Slavery (international human trafficking) and their children within the West Midlands area.
