The Regional senior will offer line management supervision and operational day to day management to a number of Children and Young People Advocate Educators across locations to support engagement with Children and Young people through the Operation Encompass Support Service.

Black Country Women’s Aid (BCWA) is looking to recruit a dynamic, self-motivated, positive person who will be based across Dudley, Wolverhampton, Sandwell and Walsall. The Regional senior will offer line management supervision and operational day to day management to a number of Children and Young People Advocate Educators across locations to support engagement with Children and Young people through the Operation Encompass Support service (Domestic violence and abuse young person’s School Support Service as well as managing a caseload of complex cases.

 

Applicants MUST have a full understanding of Working Together 2018, safeguarding within the field of violence and abuse and have some experience of delivering support services directly to vulnerable people.

Positions available: 1 Full Time

Salary: £25,590- £26,292
