We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our growing and successful organisation within our Domestic Abuse Team as an A&E IDVA.

Job title:  A&E IDVA (Independent domestic violence advocate)

Positions available: 1 full time position

Salary: £19,968 – £21,936

We are looking for an A&E IDVA to join the Domestic Abuse team in Dudley.

 

The successful candidate will be working within BCWA’s new pilot project which aims to improve responses to victims of domestic abuse and other interpersonal violence attending Accident & Emergency Services in Dudley. You will be required to provide a high-quality service to victims of domestic abuse and other interpersonal violence (rape and sexual violence, child sexual exploitation, honour based violence, forced marriage and FGM) accessing Accident & Emergency Services. To provide advice and support at point of crisis and make appropriate safeguarding and ongoing & onward support referrals, someone who has experience of case management including, risk assessment, needs assessment, support planning
