Black Country Women’s Aid (BCWA) is an established charity working across the Black Country and wider West Midlands providing accommodation and community support services to victims of domestic abuse, sexual abuse and human trafficking.
Services range from advocacy, civil remedies, support in court, individual and group support and access to a range of therapeutic interventions and assistance with housing. All services are client and needs led.
We are looking for exceptional candidates to join our growing and successful organisation within our Accommodation Service.
You will work with a caseload of adults and families who have experienced domestic violence and abuse providing them with emotional and practical support to address their individual needs and supporting them through the criminal justice system and housing system, where appropriate.

Salary: £17,500 per annum

We are looking for someone who has experience of working with victims/survivors of domestic abuse one both one to one and in group work settings. You will carry a case load which includes all aspects of case management including, risk assessment, needs assessment, support planning, outcomes and case review.
You will be required to provide a high-quality frontline service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a service to those at highest risk. You will be working within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse.
